General conditions for supply

The general conditions of sales and delivery for the metal electro technical industry as lastly filed by Metaalunie with the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam apply to all tenders and contracts for the performance of deliveries by CHL Netherland B.V. within The Netherlands.
All tenders and contracts for the performance of deliveries by CHL Netherlands B.V. outside the Netherlands are governed by the ORGALIME General Conditions for the supply of mechanical, electrical and electronic products (S 2012) of March 2012. A copy of these conditions is available on request.
